Baby Creeley

Brett and I went to have an ultrasound last Friday. Everything looks good and healthy. We got to hear and see the heart beat, which was awesome. Our little baby in there has a heart rate of 168 beats per minute. So fast!!

I never thought I wanted to have an ultrasound, I didn't think I needed it. But I have to admit, it was really nice to see that there really is something in there and it pretty much has all of its parts. And it was moving around like crazy!

Here are a few pictures (I don't know why they are turned this way, they are not like that in my pictures file...)

 The little one is sucking its thumb. It moved around like crazy until it found this place and then it stayed there for the rest of the time. So cute all curled up and sucking its thumb!

Tulip Festival

I feel like a slacker. I have had these photos on my phone for about a month now and I am just now sharing with you. Sorry. I went to the Tulip Festival in Woodburn, OR with Jill and then the next weekend I went with Brett, Jenn, Esmeralda, and Franny. I love tulips so this was the place for me!

I was amazed at how many different shapes and sizes of tulips there are. So amazing. Here are a bunch of picture to show you how awesome it was. Enjoy!

At this tulip festival there is also a fair-like area with food and random bouncy houses and stuff like that. Brett and I decided to go down this slide...not sure if it was a good idea. The stairs were rickety and the slide needed some padding. It was made out of PVC pipes...

Finally, at the end of our time at the tulip festival Esmeralda decided she needed to go into a bouncy house, a good idea if you ask me. But she really wanted someone to go into the bouncy house with her and have some fun. So Brett decided to help her with that. I think he is going to be an awesome dad!
